The Akasa Euler is a fanless heatsink-case mini pc, able to cool Intel 35 W TDP processors. The case measures only 7.4×9.0x2.4 inches (LxWxH). The Euler case is a heatsink that directs heat from the internal parts to the outside of the case through an aluminum block. It is compatible with Thin Mini ITX motherboards and processors with TDPs of up to 35W. There is space for one 2.5″ storage drive. Due to its size, it is not compatible with PCIe expansion cards. The case has a front power on/off button. It is compatible with external power supplies.
• Solid crafted aluminium case
• Fanless CPU cooling design
• Designed for thin mini-ITX motherboard
• Suitable for VESA mounting
• Recommended max CPU TDP 35W
Akasa has come up with a practical, no-moving-parts mini case in the Euler. It was obviously intended for applications where silence, dust-resistance, zero maintenance or no airflow to disturb the environment are important, and it fulfills this role well with the recommended components, specifically, a lower TDP CPU mated with one of the Intel Thin-ITX boards… If you’re OK with the integrated graphics, this is a great small computer solution that still provides some degree of options for the DIY enthusiast, unlike most complete mini PCs, which offer much less choice and rarely zero noise. A recommendation is without question.
